Design research and exploration
This phase focuses on defining user needs and market opportunities. We conducted comprehensive user interviews and competitive analysis to inform our strategy. Understanding user pain points was key to our findings.
Key insights emerged from our qualitative data. For example, users express a strong preference for streamlined workflows and clearer visual hierarchies in comparable interfaces.
