User research
To build a deep understanding of our target audience, we conducted extensive user interviews, field observations, and competitive analysis. This phase allowed us to uncover core user frustrations and identify critical opportunities for innovation.
By synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data, we established clear user personas and defined the primary use cases that guided our structural design choices.
The investigation yielded several critical insights:

Prototype making
Using these insights, we built a series of high-fidelity interactive prototypes to bring the concepts to life. This allowed us to validate micro-interactions, refine the visual hierarchy, and conduct rigorous usability testing before moving into development.
